Do you have level 2+3NVQ in Hairdressing and are you looking for full time employment at a salon that offers a base wage based on skills and experience plus 15% commission, pension, retail discounts and continual ongoing training.
Our Ideal Candidate would have extensive additional learning such as colour degree but not essential. Be competent in commercial colour trends such as balayage and babylights. To be fully competent in both aspects of women and mens hairdressing. Be registered with the Hairdressing council. You would need to be passionate and committed to the craft and evolving as a colourist be willing to learn and travel for external education.

- We are a client driven salon and strongly believe in allowing our staff to create colours and styles bespoke to the clients wants and needs within commercial times and doing what you love. You will also be required to help with duties such as day to day maintaining the salon and working as a team.
- We provide you with all the equipment tools apart from your personal scissors and combs and clips
- All staff are trained in customer care and expectations and get our hand book
- We believe in supporting continual professional development and training once a month in which you get paid for.
How important is skill level and experience?
Its highly important to us we require a minimum of 10yrs experience, but we provide every employee with extensive training to ensure mastery of our service structure, so we really prioritise hard-working applicants with positive attitudes and who are committed to the industry.
